Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2015 Beta has been released with new features such as bootstrap theme, light-weight rendering for various controls, RadGrid improvements and new version of RadGantt in addition to a new RadClientExportManager control.
The new bootstrap theme includes modern skin features which are similar to those in the default themes of the Bootstrap components. Moreover, the theme also enables developers to make use of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX components alongside the Bootstrap widgets on the same page.
With the help of RadClientExportManager control, developers will be able to export whole pages or specific HTML elements to image, PDF and SVG in a WYSIWYG manner. The recent release of Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2015 Beta also includes new light-weight rendering for RadGrid, RadAsyncUpload, RadButton, RadInput and RadOrgChart controls.
Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX Q1 2015 Beta includes improved RadGrid with support for frozen columns with show/hide, frozen columns with next/prev buttons in addition to frozen columns performance optimizations. Moreover, you will be able to let users choose which column to be frozen.
The new version of RadGantt provides an ability to specify the current date indicator as well as assign resources to your tasks. The Image Gallery control offers support for templates.
RadGantt enables you to not only load video content inside it but also leverage built-in support for gestures, which is very useful for touch and mobile devices.
