Azure Resource Explorer has been launched by Microsoft Azure product team. It is a new web site which enables you to discover the Azure Resource Management APIs and retrieve API documentation. Azure Resource Explorer provides an ability to make actual API calls directly from within your own subscriptions.
With the help of Azure Resource Explorer, you will be able to list your web apps, modify existing Web Apps and even create new ones. These actions are performed directly at the JSON level.
“Azure Resource Explorer is already quite powerful, but we are not done. It’s still in Preview, and with that comes a few bugs and missing features,” said David Ebbo, Principal Development Lead, Azure App Platform.
Azure Resource Explorer is being developed as a Open Source project and has been hosted on GitHub. Hence, you will be able to easily create an issue, track a bug and even add a feature suggestion.
